Daniel Dadoun is a partner at Kearney, based in the firm’s Paris office.

Daniel joined Kearney after a successful venture in tech entrepreneurship. In May 2010, he briefly left the firm to concentrate on another entrepreneurial venture, helping to implement a plan that he and his team at Kearney created for a joint venture between his clients La Banque Postale and Groupama. Serving as deputy CEO and then CEO, Daniel led the creation of one of the most successful omnichannel/digital property and casualty insurance companies in France.

Four years later, Daniel re-joined Kearney, where he predominantly works in the financial services sector. For Daniel, returning to Kearney was not just a chance to get back to consulting—it was an opportunity to focus on the aspects of entrepreneurship he enjoyed the most: helping organizations fulfill their potential. “When you work with clients, you do very demanding strategic projects, but you get rid of the politics inside the company,” he says. “You’re there to produce value and results.”

It’s this emphasis on results, says Daniel, that keeps him at Kearney, and his career trajectory is a testament to Kearney’s commitment to client service. “We want our ideas to be implemented in real life,” he explains. “Our best recommendations are the ones the client can do on their own, but when that’s not possible, we carry on helping them until they get the results.”
